Lead our kitchen brigade in crafting signature cafe rio dishes that define our brand. You'll oversee menu development, food quality standards, and team mentorship in our flagship location.
- 5+ years of professional culinary experience
- Proven leadership and kitchen management skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent certifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
Front-of-House Manager
Oversee the daily operations of our dining room, ensuring every guest at Cafe Rio leaves with a memorable experience. Coordinate front-of-house staff, manage reservations, and uphold service excellence.
- 3+ years in restaurant or hospitality management
- Exceptional guest relations and communication skills
- Experience with POS systems and scheduling software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Barista & Beverage Specialist
Craft exceptional coffee, specialty drinks, and fresh-brewed beverages that complement our caferio menu. You'll be the first impression for many of our guests — your passion for flavor matters here.
- 1+ year of barista experience preferred
- Specialty coffee knowledge (espresso, latte art)
- Strong customer service and multitasking skills
- Food handler's certificate (or willing to obtain)
Line Cook
Join our back-of-house crew and help bring the Cafe Rio menu to life every day. Prep, cook, and plate dishes to our quality standards in a supportive, high-energy kitchen environment.
- 1–3 years of line cooking experience
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Team player with a positive attitude
Catering Coordinator
Plan and execute catering events that showcase the best of Cafe Rio's food. You'll work with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers to deliver seamless catering experiences.
- 2+ years in event planning or catering coordination
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple client accounts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
